Common questions

I uploaded a photo and nothing happened.

Generation usually takes 10–60 seconds. If nothing appears, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, force-quit and relaunch the app. Still stuck? Email support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through the store you subscribed in: Apple → Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play→ Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Web → in-app account settings. Cancelling stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

For App Store and Google Play purchases, refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For purchases made directly on the web app, email support@mydecorai.app within 14 days of the charge.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Email privacy@mydecorai.app from the address tied to your account. Deletion is permanent and is processed within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I use the redesigns commercially?

Personal use — sharing with a contractor, designer, partner, or on social media — is included. For commercial use (e.g. reselling generated images as a product), see our terms of service.

My redesign looks weird / off / artifacted.

AI image models occasionally produce small artifacts, especially around small objects, text, and reflective surfaces. Try a different style or regenerate — results vary between runs. Higher-quality output is available on paid plans.

Does DecorAI work offline?

No. DecorAI needs an internet connection to send your photo to the AI and receive the redesign. You can view previously generated designs offline if they've loaded in the app before.
