Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing, accessing, or using DecorAI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited("DecorAI", "we", "us").

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use DecorAI. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. License to use DecorAI

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the DecorAI app and the redesigns it generates for you, subject to these terms. We retain all rights in the app, the underlying technology, and our brand.

4. Your content and AI-generated images

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a license to process them to provide the service (generate redesigns, store your designs in your account, and improve the service).
• You may use the AI-generated redesigns DecorAI creates for personal purposes — sharing with a contractor, designer, partner, or on social media. Commercial use (resale of generated images as a product) may require an upgraded plan.
• You are responsible for the content you upload. Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use DecorAI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the app.
• Resell or repackage DecorAI as your own service.

6. Subscriptions and payments

DecorAI offers free generations and optional paid subscriptions for higher quality, unlimited generations, and additional features. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or your DecorAI web account, depending on where you subscribed.

7. Refunds

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by their refund policies. For purchases made directly through our web app, refund requests can be sent to support@mydecorai.app.

8. No professional design advice

DecorAI is a creative visualization tool. The redesigns it generates are for inspiration and planning. They are not professional design, architectural, or construction advice. For real renovations, always consult qualified professionals.

9. Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using DecorAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rocket Digital Limited's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
